TERMS
Our minimum stay at Laneside House is usually 3 nights but please do ask about 2 and 1 night stays. Single night stays strictly available at low peak and subject to a £300 surcharge
Check in from 3.00pm day of arrival. Check out by 10.00am
No Pets, Smoking or Vaping
This house is ideal for relaxed gatherings & celebrations, but please be respectful of the 12 person maximum occupancy and the quiet rural setting. For any other events or filming/photography hire please do contact us to discuss.
Deposit: A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 12 weeks before the check-in date. Payment via Bacs Transfer only.
Cancellation: Should you need to cancel any deposit paid is non-refundable. All cancellations are subject to a £50 cancellation fee. A 12 week cancellation policy applies. (In the event of cancellation within that time or in the event of a non-arrival guests will be charged for the full cost of their stay). We advise that you take out holiday insurance.
An ID verification check is requested via our third-party provider Truvi, this must be completed before the booking is confirmed. Truvi will also manage a £500 damage deposit for the protection of both parties. A £10 fee will apply.
